It started with…
CHYE, a full-service business resource center specifically tailored to fit the unique needs of the Chabad Jewish community. Our mission was, and still is, to provide young professionals and entrepreneurs with the tools and resources that they need in order to achieve lifelong financial independence.
From live events, community-wide expos, podcasts, and more, CHYE built the brand to include a plethora of resources.
A small, Crown Heights – based mentorship program began and quickly took off. Seeing a bigger need throughout Jewish communities worldwide, CHYE expanded this program and thus began LEVEL EIGHT MENTORSHIP.
Most business owners don’t ask, “why do I need a mentor?”

BUILDING UPON THE SUCCESS of CHYE’s mentorship programs, Level Eight Mentorship was born. While initially appealing to young start ups, Level Eight encompasses every stage of an entrepreneur’s journey. Those just starting their careers and accomplished business owners alike find value in a veteran mentor with the highest level of business acumen.
One key issue that Level Eight aims to solve is pairing mentees with a mentor that is right for them. The Rebbe says (Sefer Hasichos 5749) that a Rav/mashpia should be someone who is greater than you, yet on your level. A mentor must be someone you look up to, yet is relatable to your situation, knowledge, and life experience.
